I waited 1 month on a new Cartier watch for a friend’s birthday, when it arrived it was clearly second hand and stretched in a shabby old box, I found this company extremely hard to deal with and very unprofessional.

Very beautiful pendant which was a bit smaller than I expected but nice especially for the price. Came along with a little chain too which I did not know but ai guess I maybe should have. A handwritten note was in the box which I thought was very cute and meaningful to take the time out to let buyers see the appreciation given towards them. packaging was cute. I’m happy with my purchase.

Fantastic experience with Veronika and her Shyne teammates. One purchase turned to two and planning a third very soon (four purchases overall in two years). Top notch quality fair prices and exceptional customer service.

My experience was great. They were able to meet my deadline for my purchase to give to my husband for his birthday. They turns my black and white photo into color and make the piece pop. My husband truly loved his gift.
