Greetings, Miss Thomas. We sincerely apologize that you are not happy with the standard return procedure. However, it is safe to update anybody reading this, that you actually went ahead and followed the return process (as everyone else) and chose a full refund, which has already been processed. As you might have realized after committing to return the item for a refund, our return process is succinct and transparent. You just print the pre-paid return label we send you, attach it to the box containing the items, and drop the package off at Royal Mail. You could even put it in a red Royal Mail box.
