We ship several orders to UK, every single day, and this is the first time one of our customers is charged with import duties. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. You can rest assured that you will receive the refund corresponding to the money Fedex charged you. We will also contact Fedex, in order to find out why were you treated differently than all our other customers. Could you please let us know how much were you charged by fedex?
