Dear Lashawn, As our customer service team informed you, Fedex lost your package. Even thou we wanted to replace the items you selected, they are all sold out. We gave you an immediate refund as soon as we found out that your package was lost. We also offered you a $30 gift voucher but unfortunately we didn't get your reply. For us, customer satisfaction is the number one priority, and we are very sorry for the fact that Fedex lost your package. We shipped your items the same day we received your order Monday, April 4, 2022 12:08 PM. Unfortunately when we deliver the goods to Fedex, we don't have any more control on the parcel. Even thou Fedex is one of the best Courier Companies in the world, this kind of things happen. As we offered you a free voucher, we would like to ask you to try again our service.
