UPDATE: Shuuk contacted me directly after my feedback, they were very helpful and responsive. I appreciated their help. Also, their returns and refund process was very fast and easy. PREVIOUS: I am a first time customer. After I placed my order, I got a post-purchase offer for an extra 12% off the shoulder bag from my order. I thought it was a discount in addition to the item already in my order, but it added a SECOND bag to the order as a separate purchase. It’s a bad and confusing user experience for the website to offer a post-purchase item at a discount for the exact same item that was already part of my order. I did not want to have my credit card charged for both items, when I thought I was just ordering one.

Dear Monica, I hope this message finds you well. I'm sorry for this issue . Our customer service is currently closed, but tomorrow morning I will find out why we didn't want to modify your order, as our main concern is to offer an excellent shopping experience to all our customers. On the other side I could verify that we made a refund on your account. Everything will be solved tomorrow morning and you will not be charged for the additional item. Kind regards, Shuuk Team
