I had a fantastic experience with ShrubHub, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alex for his incredible work on the design of my terrace. From the very beginning, Alex was attentive, creative, and truly understood my vision. The design process was smooth and collaborative, and Alex was always responsive to my ideas and feedback. The final result exceeded my expectations. If you're considering a landscape or outdoor design project, I highly recommend ShrubHub — and be sure to ask for Alex! His talent and professionalism made all the difference.

“A Partner You Can Trust for Your Projects” Helen followed along with every detail we provided, photos, measurements, preference, and used it all to create a walkthrough that reflected exactly what we were looking for. She made sure nothing was missed. It was so refreshing to work with someone who actually listens and delivers with care and precision.

They have been excellent to work with. Alex asked a lot of questions during our phone call so that he could be sure he understood what I was looking for. I just received my design photos & plant list & am very happy with all of it. I would definitely recommend them if you need help with landscape design

I was very impressed with what Alex and his team designed for my back yard!! For the reasonable price, I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I was "wow-ed" by the beautiful designs! I asked for a covered porch area, hardscape, plantings, water feature, lighting, and pool/hot tub and they integrated everything beautifully, just as I asked. The plantings were appropriate for my location and a great variety. Alex did it in a timely manner, too. I was so impressed with the 3D pictures, enabling me to visualize the area!! I would recommend Alex and ShrubHub.

I had a great experience building a garden design plan with Shrub Hub and Harty. It was easy to connect, Harty listened and asked great questions, delivered on a reasonable time commitment, and completed a design we loved. Thank you.

Shrubhub I was skeptical as I never did landscaped consultation before but I am glad I choosed them they sre professionals the design process went smooth they had great after sales support as well as I had a ton of questions the project manager was also a great help P.S the portal for customers needs to be updated its a bit uneasy on the eyes Thanks!

I had an awesome consultation with Helen at Shrubhub. She asked questions that I did not think about for my landscaping. She was very patient and offered excellent ideas for my project. Helen exceeded my expectations. I am more than pleased with the design results. I highly recommend Shrubhub and Helen as your Design Consultant.

I had a great experience working with Shrubhub on my backyard. Helen, my project manager, was a clear and responsive communicator throughout the process. The team was consistently timely with their design deliveries (except for the last one, I checked in and it was already done!), and I really appreciated how accessible they were, chat or phone or email. One of the highlights was the 3D modeling - they brought a real sense of aspiration to the design while still anchoring it in practical details. The lighting concepts and plant choices were thoughtful. I also appreciated having multiple rounds of revisions, which allowed the final design to reflect both my vision and their expertise. I had to measure everything, explain my vision, and give them specifications to work with. But it all came together! For the price, I recommend Shrubhub for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space with both creativity and professionalism.
