The overall design included most of the items discussed. The design definitely made the home more appealing. However the initial design did not include the existing planter and plants I understood would be included. It would be helpful if there was dialogue on the design. Hopefully there will be recommendations on contractors to make the design a reality.

A game changing app and business model. The design process for any landscaping can cost 1000s of dollars even for a small backyard like mine. I was recommended shrub hub by a landscaper who I did not end up working with but he told me to check out this tool. I was skeptical at first but thought if I can get some sort of design for 250$ that’s better than spending 1000s on a designer. I bought the tool and in a week connected with a member on their team who then turned around and gave me a 3D design which really brought my backyard dream to life . I was so impressed . One set back is that the tool or company tends to do a lot of add ons for eg to see the lighting fixtures in my backyard they would charge me extra which if if not end up paying as I didn’t want to drive costs up but still economical and can replace costly design process . Decent service . Liked interacting with my designer Nina. She was prompt and patient . Decent turn around times. Could be quicker but again good turn around times

Shrubhub delivered a great plan for our landscaping. We had several discussions after the first plan and they came up with good revisions that we are happy with. The plant consultation was thorough and the results were excellent.

ShrubHub has created 2 residential backyard designs for me. I find their work to be both high quality and inspiring. Good value as well. Empowered me to make better and more confident decisions about these investments.

I had a very positive consultation call with my designer, Nina. She listened to my ideas and design goals for the area in my yard we wanted to landscape. They explained their process and, although they offered many up-sale services, were pleasant about me declining everything but the primary package purchased. Nina and Adrian completed an excellent design on time, incorporating all our discussed items. It was a very positive experience.

Good experience, very easy communication and process for getting a backyard design. I did get my first design but needed adjustments which I received after only a week or so. Second design was right on point with what I needed. Not all material is perfect in the design but it’s a good representation of what my backyard can look like. Now I can change material to meet my needs. Overall for $500 it’s worth the experience. I would pay more than that though. Nina was very nice and helpful with quick responses.

I got exactly what I was expecting- a great plan to use for our newly built house that does not have any landscape. Eve was great to work with and made sure all the items I requested were included. I am doing a few revisions- but they are very minor. A great experience!

Word of mouth travels fast because I heard of Shrubhub from my co-workers and we needed a do-over for our ugly yard we had the call with our designer I think her name was Ava she was very detail-orientated anything we asked of her she got done we got our final draft Thursday morning and I am extremely happy with the end result highly recommend these guys!
