This review was posted by a scammer. They are demanding we pay them money otherwise they will continue to post negative reviews on Trustpilot. We've requested Trustpilot remove these reviews multiple times, but they still refuse to remove the reviews. Unfortunately, we aren't the only company with this issue, so hopefully Trustpilot will identify a way to resolve this issue in the future.

Hello there! We were only trying to find you in our system and were unable to do so. We have to use Trustpilot's system to get that information though unfortunately they did not provide it to us at this time anyways so I am unable to find you in our system. That being said, without being able to look at your account I am not sure what would have been the issue with your leader/following issue unless the leader was trading off of Shrimpy or something along those lines. It is hard to say without being able to look. Regardless we have made several changes to our site since then and if you would be interested in giving it a look risk free, shoot me an email at [email protected] and we can discuss further there.

Hallo daar! Mijn excuses voor de vertraging in reactie hier, maar we hebben pas onlangs ons Trust Pilot-account "geclaimd". Ik wil u eerst bedanken voor uw recensie en voor het blijven vertrouwen in onze service hier bij Shrimpy. Het spijt me dat je het verbod oneerlijk vindt, we hebben een behoorlijk strikte gedragscode bij Shrimpy vanwege eerder misbruik van onze systemen. We hebben niet langer de wereldwijde chats, maar in die tijd moesten ze een plek zijn om strategie te bespreken, meer te weten te komen over de site of gewoon met andere gebruikers te praten. We hadden ze daar niet om over de site te praten, dat was daar gewoon niet het juiste gebied voor. Ik wil u nogmaals bedanken voor uw recensie en voor het blijven van onze klant.

Hello there! I apologize for the delayed response here but we only recently "claimed" our Trustpilot account here. I was able to find your support tickets that you sent in to look at your concerns. Your first concern with the Stop Loss feature only applying to the full portfolio and not a specific asset is something that we have gotten a lot of support for and find that this works the best for users. Your complaint about how progress was reported I could not find in a ticket unfortunately. We have updated that though so it sounds like your concern may have been dealt with. As far as your billing issue, you have not been billed since May of 2021. When you last reached out about this we requested TXID's for the charges you stated you were still receiving and you never responded so we were not able to help you with that. After going through all of your tickets I found that each of your concerns were dealt with and you responded with yelling and rudeness to our staff. I apologize for not being the site you were looking for. Thank you again for the review.

Hello there! I know this is an older review but since we only recently "claimed" our account I wanted to reach out anyways. I was able to find your account and the ticket you sent in to look in to your frustrations. I see that our support agent explained the leader fees that you were charged so I don't think it is a confusion with that. The issue that you bring up in your ticket about misleading leader performance is a valid concern. We do now have a way to look at leaders daily/weekly/monthly performance to see more than their most recent behavior. At the end of the day though, anyone can be a leader so it is up to each customer to vet those leaders before deciding to follow them. I do apologize that you feel mislead by this though. I want to thank you again for your review and I hope that you will give us a second chance in the future!

Hello there! I do apologize for the delayed response but we only recently "claimed" our Trustpilot account. I did want to clear up some things to hopefully clear the air here. First off, the High Water Mark is only reset if you stop following a leader, not every day. However, you are going to be charged for going over that High Water Mark as soon as it happens. This can sometimes be every day. I was hoping to look up your account to look in to the issue with your account not matching your leader at all for you specifically but I am not able to with the limited information I have here. As far as our site going down we have implemented several changes to our site to avoid these issues in the future. I do want to thank you again for your review and I hope that you decide to give us another chance with our new changes.

Hello there! I do apologize for the delay in this response, we only recently "claimed" our account, but I still wanted to respond to your review. First, thank you for your review, it is the best way to help us understand frustrations such as your own. I was able to find your support tickets and I wanted to clear some things up for you. Yes, the dev team did acknowledge that your index purchased a coin with 99% of your account. It was also explained to you what happened and why. All of that was sent to you via email on June 16th of this year. As far as your refund goes, we were unable to find your account due to a mix up with your previously deleted accounts (an issue that has since been fixed) but once we were you were issued a prorated refund to account for the time that you had not used (11 months). The reason that we were not able to refund all of the charge is that it costs us money to keep accounts open. I will link our refund policy here for you as well to read for yourself.
