I received good service recently from Alyssa and other at Shrimpy support. My automations on Gate.io had failed, and Alyssa's information, which was sent to me approx half a day after I emailed, explained the occurrence. I fixed it by, basically just waiting and renewing the API. But if I'd needed the support to act, they were there and in the loop, responding to me.

Easy to use and good solution to keep track across multiple exchanges. Customer service is also really helpful and speedy in their response.
