I have send three separate emails to Shrimpy support for help to reset my 2FA to access my account. I have had no response! However, the debit order on my account works like clock work… so I have paid for a service I cannot access. Disappointed!

In 2021 i started to use Shrimpy and it was working fine, sometimes there were problems but that was rare and they were quickly solved. But end 2021 and 2022; Most of the times is not working at all. It's so worse that i even don't use it anymore and i paid for a whole year january this year. The main issue it have is that when it rebalancing the coins it got stuck for at least a whole day and ot's doing absolutely nothing anymore. I reached out to the customer service a lot of times without any result. The issue is occuring over and over again. They say if another api is also attached to your exchange this can cause this issue, but even when it's not the case this same thing is happening every other day. Waste of time and i recommend to use a free service like Pionex for instance even if you can only have max 10 coins in your portfolio.

I didn't ask for a Rolls Royce or a Rolex, I just asked for the money I paid for a service that DOES NOT WORK. Shrimpy doesn't want to give back what he received for a service that doesn't work. It would be much more elegant to admit you were wrong, improve and then start over at 110%. But no, now I am the scammer paid by others. You are buffoons. Buffoons and scammers.

If the system behaviour would be as you say the trade should have been left opened and give me the possibility to close it at my choice. I want also inform you that Trustpilot wrote to me that Shrimpy asked to get me give more information about my issue and I think that the above should be clear enough and thus I wait for the refund of the 172 USD.
