Hello there! I am sorry to hear that this was your experience as this is by far not the normal outcome. In order to protect users accounts we are not able to cancel or delete accounts on our end and it has to be done by the user. I was able to find your support tickets from last year and saw that it was explained how to go about recovering your password and what to do if the email was not getting through to you. Unfortunately some email providers will not deliver mail that they may thing is spam so it is encouraged to add our emails to your contacts to help avoid this. Thank you for your review.

Hello there! I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our HWM service. I noticed that it has been almost a year since you last spoke with us so I wanted to let you know that we have mad several changes in that time, including removing the HWM. That being said, if you would please email [email protected] and ask for ShrimpyAlyssa, we would be happy to look in to clearing those leader fees and giving you a free month trial if you would like to come check us out again. Hello there! I am so sorry to hear that you had this issue. I don't want to put specifics on this platform but the tool that partially failed due to the exchange error has been totally redesigned to avoid anything like this from happening. Hello there! First off, thank you for your review of our site. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our decision to remove the HWM feature. We want to make sure that all of our users are satisfied with their experience, but that is unfortunately not possible. We spoke with our customers and found that the HWM was a big pain point and we did not feel it was right to keep it in place at this time. I do want to make sure that you know we have made no changes to AUM though so you don't need to worry about changes there. This was not a ploy to make money, but rather we wanted to only put out features that work correctly 100% of the time.
