The appointment was set up 2 hours after I called. They were able to come to our home the next day. I received a call from the driver on the day of shredding, The driver said he would arrive within the hour. The driver showed up 45 minutes later. Loaded up the documents and the process was completed in 5 minutes. The entire process could not have been any easier. Thank you!

I was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes to schedule a shredding. That was at 5:40. It is now 6:07. Disappointed. I very badly need a Friday shredding.

How can I review, when you have not provided even a return answer to my questions. Which are can you shred in my area on Thursdays. That is all I need to know, but I need to know now, so at this point you would not receive a good score.
Response from Shred NationsJun 19, 2015
Dear Colleen - We have reached out to the local document destruction provider in your area who received your request for shredding to understand why you were not promptly contacted. We assure you that moments after we finished speaking with you, your request went out to the provider. At this point, we have not heard back. This is entirely unacceptable and we profusely apologize for this uncharacteristic flub. We pride ourselves on the fact that our service is normally quick and efficient. We value your feedback as it alerts us to this type of issue and allows us to follow up and correct problems that might arise. If you are still in need of service, please give us a second chance to service your shredding needs. Thank you again for quickly letting us know about this issue. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Care Team 800-747-3365
