If you have a bunch of paper you want shredded securely, call these guys. They come out to your house and do the job on their mobile shredding machine, while you watch. I had a couple of hundred pounds of paper with personal data on it which they shredded for $100. Well worth every penny for the peace of mind that it was all destroyed properly.

Dear John, I apologize that you had a less than satisfactory experience with Shred Nations. We do our best to reach our customers quickly, because we understand that urgency of shredding of sensitive documents. As you mentioned, when we finally reached you to confirm the specifics of your shredding needs, the job had already been completed by another vendor. We take your feedback seriously and are striving to improve our process. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Service Team 800-747-3365

When I originally submitted the request, I was contacted immediately by you informing me that there were three companies within the area that would be available to complete the job I was inquiring about. I did not receive one call from all three companies so I unfortunately I can't give a good review.

Dear Jessica, I'm apologize that our local shredding providers did not connect with you. We are working to improve our service, and your feedback is very important. We have spoken with all three local shredders and have assurances that they will try harder to connect in the future. If you still have a shredding need, we'd appreciate a second chance to service you. Sincerely, The Shred Nations Customer Service Team 800-747-3365
