Shred NationsReviews of shrednations.com

Called Monday, now Wednesday and still waiting for their return call.

They are a referral service- Not a shredding company.

They were able to work with my schedule for a quick pick up and shred on site.

“Shred Nations is not a local shredding company. They are a lead generator. They collect the names of people wanting shredding service and sell this information to shredding companies in our area. Because shredding companies have to pay Shred Nations for these leads, they need to charge customers who come to them via Shred Nations a higher price than if these customers approached the local shredding company directly. If you do not want to pay a premium for shredding, do not use a lead generator like Shred Nations. “

I have contacted Shred nations via their website at least 5 times over the past 8 months. Each time, I received a phone call, answered their questions and was told that I would receive information about companies in my area. Each subsequent time I contacted them, I mentioned that I had called them before. They repeatedly said they had no record of previous contacts. I will not be doing business with them again.

Cleaning out my elderly parents' garage we came across stacks of boxes of materials to shred. Shred nations responded immediately, quoted a fair reasonable price, worked with my schedule and sent a very polite man to come and shred it all in minutes. I will definitely use them again!

The woman who answered the call at almost 6;15 pm was patient and thorough even though the office was closing at 6:30. She let me know that the person who schedules the truck would probably call in the morning. Additionally, she mentioned that the truck usually comes within 2 days of the request. The Shred Nations rep was informative and helpful. I think this review is premature, since I have not had the shredding service yet.

Fast and friendly. Got a quote without any hassle.
