The store brings soo much help for the colleccionist amd brings a lot of help when something happens, like get a replacement or give us more information about an issue with any figure.

As a new TF collector I have found most online retailers' websites are pain to navigate and confusing to find what I'm looking for. ShowZ is my go to website and 95% of the time beat every other retailers' prices. Shipping is more than reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

They aren't just a transformers toy store, you can notice right away the store is made by fans for fans, one of the best customer services i have ever seen, they always go one step further with events, competitions, sales...is just a great place to increase your collection and at the same time in their pages to meet great people, 10/10 recomended

Have no complaints, excellent customer service/community, with an excellent selection of products at really competitive prices. Already bought a couple of figures from them, and planning on going back for more.

An excellent store with a great excellent service. All in SZS are great. My Favorite store.

There are many retailers that cater to the needs of figure collectors worldwide, but ShowZStore is what I'd call a perfect and pleasant experience. Their selection is great, prices are fair, shipping is really fast (I'm based in Germany, so results to other countries may vary), but the absolute point here is their customer support, no matter if it's regular questions, claims or after sales service when a part is missing or broke during shipping. To top it off, there's a whole community on Discord of collectors and like-minded people which really ties together the idea that this is not just a store, but a 'family' - and I'm happy to be part of it. Highly recommended!

Great website with a big assortment of action figures, definitely recommend this website if you’re a Transformers fan!

Fantastic store that really cares about its customers. Best after sales in the industry, best pricing, cheap shipping, quick turnaround! They hold events on their discord server and fhe staff are friendly.
