Fully satisfied with this unit. Perfect solution to our mother's aging disabilities. Im SO GLAD we didn't get a walk in shower! She would have not used it too long. We ordered the roll-in shower chair, so the nurses can assist with dressing before and after the shower with more ease. Love this product and more importantly our 90 year old mother really loves it!

Shower Bay was exactly what we needed. I was making adjustments to my home to accommodate my 96 year old dad and Russell couldn’t have been more helpful before, during and after our purchase. The Shower Bay is a hit with my dad and I’m thrilled we could accommodate his needs in such a pleasant and effortless way.

It's pricey yes, but it has been the best mobility unit for our 90 year old mother yet. Due to her extreme arthritis in her knees even the walk-in tubs were no longer an option for her. The wheelchair, and laundry room hose adapter was an additional charge FYI. But our home nurses just roll her right in will little effort and mom seriously loves the ease as well which it's giving her in safely transferring this way. Getting her a full warm shower is just the cherry on top. Our nurses didn't even know this thing existed when asking for better showering suggestions and asked for the website link. I found it in my desperate search on the web to find something better for her. She loves it, the nurses love it, and we don't regret getting it after seeing how easy this makes showering for mom. I highly recommend it.

My mother has dementia and recently she forgot how to walk or stand on her own. Washing her had become a nightmare with the fear of her falling in the shower or off of the shower chair. We had no idea what we were going to do. I decide to look at the options that were available on the internet for handicap showers. What a disappointment.! The showers that were coming were for major rentiovation to bathrooms currently in a home and were very expensive. Others looked like showers for camping. It was very frustrating and disheartening. We always said that we would keep Mom at home, but not being able to keep her clean was a major problem. Sponge baths can only go so far. I called the company and spoke with Russell. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I order the “Shower Bay” right then and there. Received it in one week later. It took my husband and I three hours to put it together. My husband could not believe how well built it was and how detailed the instructions were written. The produce has been well thought out.
