Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Shower has been a blessing for family member unable to get upstairs for a shower. Set up and use was easy once we got compatible faucet for hose. It works great! Was compatible with our shower buddy shower chair.

Great product works just as indicated / ordering and delivery smooth- The bracket holding the shower head to the fram could use a bit more support

This shower bay was a godsend to my ability to care for my mother in law without installing an entire bath and shower. It was very well built and covered all the bases as far as ease of assembly, ease in showering, and cleaning. I am only 5 foot 2 inches and was able to reach over and shower my mother in law in her chair with ease. I could then roll her out the very convenient ramp and rinse down the shower bay and disconnect the tubing. I am an RN and absolutely loved this product and referred all my friends who work with the elderly to their sight. Thanks again!

For the very beginning, this company took care of me and my family. I got quick responses back. They answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. I very highly recommend this company and the products they provide. The Shower Bay has exceeded our expectations!

Exactly what I needed. Fast shipping and great support. Thank you for helping us during a very difficult time.

Shower Bay is an excellent product. Well made, sturdy and watertight! Working out the details with them was easy and it arrived quickly. We can now bathe our daughter in her shower wheelchair with ease! The Shower Bay has allowed us to stay in our home and not incur substantial remodeling costs. We highly recommend it! I’ve told many friends with disabled kids how great it is😊.
