Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

I have never dealt with a company that not only stands behind their product but offers such personalized customer service. Russell was compassionate and went above and beyond with helping us with our purchase and questions.

Russell was awesome to work with. He provided all the information he could to ensure we got the best solution for our particular situation, whether that was Shower Bay or some other product. Once we decided to go with Shower Bay he went out of his way to ensure that our unit was shipped out as soon as possible even though it was right around Christmas holiday. It arrived on time and was packed extremely well so did not incur any damage. The unit itself has been as helpful to us as we had hoped. So glad we went with this solution!

Great, they stand behind their product.

Easy to set up and easy to use!

Russell was extremely helpful and shipped out my Shower Bay immediately even though on Thanksgiving week. Then, when I didn't put it together until about 3 weeks later he promptly sent out the proper connector once I knew the size of my faucet threads. It has worked great for me in my studio granny quarters since we decided not to mess with old underground pipes to put in regular shower. I am not disabled so just stored the ramp until it might be needed in hopefully far distant future.

It’s a life changer And customer service is outstanding

Used for my Mother in law who was paralyzed after brain surgery. Was a lifesaver as we had no other way to shower her. Found a great used one on a whim and now would like to return the favor as we have no use for it anymore. Located in Milwaukee WI SOLD! But seriously, I had people reach out all across the US and wished I had units to sell to all of them. Purchase one of these - you will not regret it!

Great solution for my 91 year old Mother. She had been using a transfer slide to get a shower, but hated it. I currently live in NC, and my mother lives in Aptos, CA. The delivery date for the shower was over a week out and I was going to visit for a week only. I reached out to Russell at Shower Bay and he personally delivered and installed it one day after I arrived in CA. Kudos for great service
