I've contacted Shower Bay a few times with questions and Russel has been really helpful with answers and suggestions and shipping promptly. The Shower Bay has been so great because our shower is upstairs and my husband is now disabled and staying on the main level that only has a powder room. So we didn't have to move! Thanks for the great product and customer service.

I was so happy when we purchased the Shower Bay! My mom is battling cancer and has loss the ability to care for herself. To be able to provide her with the ability to get a shower and wash her hair has been exceptional! The shower bay works as advertised, easily assembled and is a great investment to aid in caring for your loved one. Russell was very helpful and went above our expectations.

Our family is incredibly grateful for Shower Bay and the impact it has had on our daily lives—especially for my mother. Being able to support her morning and nighttime routines with dignity, comfort, and consistency has meant more to us than words can fully express. The ease of navigating her chair within the Shower Bay setup has been a game changer. It has allowed her to regain a sense of independence with showering, something that is so important for confidence, routine, and overall well-being. What once felt overwhelming now feels manageable and safe, and that peace of mind has helped our entire family tremendously. We also deeply appreciate how thoughtfully designed the system is. It allowed us to adjust our home quickly and efficiently, accommodating all of her needs within her temporary living space without major renovations or disruption. The flexibility, accessibility, and user-friendly design made it easier for caregivers to assist while still prioritizing her comfort and autonomy. Shower Bay has truly supported not just a physical need, but an emotional one—restoring normalcy, routine, and independence during a season that requires a lot of care and adaptability. We are so thankful for a solution that meets our family where we are and helps our mother continue her journey with dignity.
