Shower Bay provided the perfect solution for our family. When my elderly mother was no longer able to climb the stairs to reach the shower, we installed the Shower Bay on the first floor. It was extremely easy to assemble and we were able to wheel mom into this shower. It alleviated the danger of her having to climb the stairs and lifting her legs over the tub edge. I highly recommend this product.

Only used one time so far. Worked perfectly. Assembly was 45 minutes. Nothing difficult and, I must say, a good overall design. Don't foresee any problems.

Our family is so grateful to Mr. Russell Simpkins and his kind assistance with Shower Bay for our father. My father suffered a massive stroke last year and my brother reached out to Mr. Simpkins after learning about Shower Bay. It has been such a wonderful therapy for our father to be able to shower everyday. It's been such a big part in his recovery. After many years of sponge bathes I bought a Shower Bay. It has been the best item I’ve ever purchased. My first shower I did not want to get out and was in the shower for 3 hours. Well worth every penny.

After doing research to determine our options we purchased a Shower Bay for my 90 yr old Dad to use when he moved in to our home. It was a very positive decision. While living here Dad was able to safely enter and exit the shower with help. He was able to attend to almost all of his own bathing, and receive the help he did need while retaining a level of modesty. The quality of the shower itself is outstanding. It is easy to put together and take down. The materials are sturdy. The whole system is designed for ease of use. The only possible improvement I coukd suggest is some sort of noise insulation around the pump. As to the marketing and support side of our transaction, Russell was wonderful. He answered many questions and made himsekf readily available for support. I do highly recommend this product.

The Shower Bay unit has been great. Full disclosure. We ended up buying our unit second hand. The company was extremely helpful when we were shopping for something to help with the care of our parents who did not have a way to bathe on the main floor of their house. We did purchase a shower chair from Shower Bay and it works very well with the shower enclosure. I am impressed with the design and operation of the system. Basically plug and play. Everything is well thought out and just works.

The Shower Bay works very well. We did have a switch the kitchen faucet so it would work with Shower Bay hookup. That was a little inconvenient, but well worth it. This shower unit offered us an option to an expensive bathroom remodel or the installation of a unit to get upstairs to our second story. It is a good choice for us and works well in our home. We were impressed with the level of customer service. We had a great conversation with Russell who wanted to be certain that the Shower Bay would work well for us. The concern shown was appreciated. We would buy the Shower Bay again. It is much better than any of the other portable shore options.
