Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

This product has made our lives so much easier. With a 100 year old house and many flooring transitions, we have eliminated the fall risk for my mother with your wonderful shower. I can’t express the thanks and gratitude our family has for this. Best product for those who need a shower but can’t remodel and don’t want a set of tarps in a pail. Great product! Russell also was very professional and really made sure we had selected the right product for our needs. Truly outstanding customer service. Thank you Russell!

I remained in a good mood after talking with your employee. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the best option. This is really cool.

The customer service was GREAT, Russell the owner was GREAT, and the product is a LIFE SAVER ! OUR FAMILY COULDNT BE HAPPIER! BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET, WITHOUT A DOUBT !

The Shower Bay team are extremely professional, and are genuinely trying to help improve the quality of life of those in need. The set up is as simple as they say it is. Most components are easy to lift by just one person. Set up was minutes. The shower Bay itself is AMAZING. No leaks, powerful pump (we're using a 45 ft drain hose without a problem). All around HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. P.S. I understand that it can be cost prohibitive as an up front cost. It certainly made me think twice. BUT the truth is this seems to be something most people will be using for a long time. Also quality, and hassle free ease of use pays for itself over time.

Honestly just such a blessing!

We bought one of the shower bay showers for my Mother-in-law that has become immobile due to Covid-19. It is great as we did not have the time or money to remodel their house to add a shower to the 1st floor of their home. We use a hoyer lift to put her in the shower wheelchair and the ramp on the shower bay makes it easy to get her in with the easy to open doors. The shower and pump for the drain works great also. I needed a adapter that we had lost and shower bay sent me a new adapter For no charge. Their customer service is great and their product is great. I highly recommend this if you need a temporary or permanent shower for someone who needs to stay in a wheelchair.

It was delivered on time. It has not been opened yet. I had it sent to South Carolina and will use it there. I know it will be perfect for me. The process of ordering was great. Russell was very nice ,caring and informative.

The Shower Bay saved us from having to completely remodel an existing bathroom shower. The ability to roll our parent into the shower bay is the main reason we purchased. Parent is unable to stand and step over the existing four inch shower ledge. The shower bay solved our problem and allows for our parent to shower more frequently and it took all the stress out of the picture as our parent was always afraid of falling getting into the existing shower. The set up and use of the shower bay is very straight forward and easy to use. The initial phone call to order and review to make sure product was a good fit shows how the manufacturer cares about the customer. The shipping and receiving, unboxing and set up all went really smoothly. The directions and videos on assembly show how easy it is to set up and get using. The Shower Bay was a great investment for our parent.
