As a caregiver to an elderly parent I was quite happy to find a solution to our showering needs, as a master plumber,I appreciated the design and durability of the unit and overall savings not having to renovate. Russell was a great help and went the extra mile for us. Great product and support. Would highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the support provided by Shower Bay team on my questions and help that I needed during the setup. I had bought a pre-owned unit for a family member with mobility issues and this was a very helpful purchase in facilitating a routine activity that we all take for granted while we are able to function normal. Thank you folks at Showerbay for your help and support!!

The excellent assembly video and user manual made it very easy. The only problem was the clear, square plastic that goes over the carpet. It came rolled up I had to really fight it to get one end flat, put weight on it and then smooth it out and put weight on the other end. We had to leave it like that for two days for it to stay flat.

We had to take my mother up two fights of stairs to shower her. By the time she was up stairs, she was very tired and couldnt stand in the shower for long. The Shower Bay is Awesome! It took about 15 min. to put together in my mothers downstairs room. She loves it. I highly recomend the Shower Bay to anyone caring for a Senior. Also, the customer service is excellent.

When rolling my mom in and helping with her showers, it made her feel safe and she enjoyed having a shower. She was so happy.

The Shower Bay was a life changer for my husband. He suffered a stroke and can no longer walk. We only have a half bath on the first floor of our home with no place to expand. He showers every day and it makes him feel great! It was easy to put together (my son did it in 40 minutes) and works perfectly!! I would highly recommend the Shower Bay!

Delighted with how the portable Shower Bay unit functions. As someone with ALS, I look forward to using it as long as I'm able to use the mobile shower chair. After that, the unit can be easily disassembled and donated. It has saved us the time, trouble and expense of a major bathroom remodel. I particularly want to thank Russell Simpkins for his kind and patient help with the ordering process. Half way through the process I discovered that since I am a disabled vet, the local veterans hospital would order the shower unit and chair as part of their disability health care. Something to look into if you or someone you know is a disabled vet.
