Shower Bay is a blessing! When my mother-in-law passed away, our family decided to bring my 103 father-in-law to live with us. However, the bathrooms with showers in our home are both on the second floor. Therefore, it was very difficult having our senior climb the stairs, even with help. We began contemplating a pricy remodeling project to install a shower in the downstairs bathroom, when we came across Shower Bay. It is everything we ever needed to address my father-in-law’s needs. He loves getting his showers safely, and especially being able to comfortably sit during the process. We are forever thankful for our Shower Bay and how useful it has been to our family. We plan to keep it for ever. Thank you for creating an amazing high-quality product!

Russell was awesome to work with. He made sure we bought the right product for my dad’s condition. The shower arrived on time and when the shower chair was back ordered he offered to bring a replacement to us personally. This was above and beyond and was a blessing for me coordinating everything remotely.

We are so happy with our Shower Bay! Easy assembly, easy to use and fits perfectly. This is truly a godsend! My only regret is not purchasing this sooner.

Fantastic solution for my 92 year young Dad. He literally stays in there until all the water in our tank runs out of hot water (45 mins)! Super easy to install. Surprisingly well constructed and designed. Haven’t had any problems with it leaking. Thanks for saving us the trouble of having to do bathroom remodel.

This review is long overdue. in 2020, my wife suffered a traumatic brain injury with several other complicated issues. She would not be able to climb stairs to our bedroom and bathroom. The Shower Bay was a godsend!! We were able to give her a shower on our main floor! This held us over until we found a new home that had everything on the main level. Great product!

So far so great!! Watching the video is a must then afterwards installation was a breeze. A couple questions before and after (simple things really) and the staff who answered at Shower Bay were fantastic. They truly care about 100% customer satisfaction.Even got to say howdy doody to Russell the owner. Our 15 year old has been getting (sink) bathed for the last couple years as he's getting hard to lift and we're in our mid 60's.We weren't able to get him upstairs to the closest shower and couldn't afford to remodel the main floor bath. This was a fantastic alternative. We roll him right into the Shower Bay and he loves it. The water hoses come with about 35' of "out" and "in" each so placing the Bay was simple. The gang at Shower Bay have simplified each step of putting this unit together and trust me...it's easy. I would watch the video then go do the next step. Thank God someone thought of creating this for families like ours. You've got to look into this if you have a need for someone handicapped or maybe an elderly loved one. Thanks for reading. Tim Egan

I would highly recommend this company and product. All my questions were answered and they even provided competitors product options for portable shower if price was a concern. We purchased their product based up on quality of material and my friends need. I would purchase/ use this company again.
