Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

The shower I asked for was simple to install, and they were quick to respond to some questions I had.

The shower was easy to install. Thank you

The need for the shower bay was unexpected and the response to get it to our home for the time we needed it was really great. We have been using it for a stroke patient with no mobility on one side and has made a big difference for both the patient and her caregivers.

This is a great product! Easy to assemble and operates perfectly.

So easy to put together! A great alternative to a bathroom renovation on the first floor for my mother who can’t go up stairs any longer.

The staff at Shower Bay provided all of the parts I needed, just as they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to send any of My Family, Friends & Neighbours there for any of their needs.

The meticulous attention to detail is fantastic!

This is an amazing shower! We used it for my wife who has ALS yesterday & it worked perfectly! It was so nice for her to have a shower!!! The shower assembly instructions were easy to follow & the customer support is wonderful! Russell is who we spoke with to make the decision to purchase & he is an absolutely fantastic person! He was so helpful, concerned & wanted to make sure that this was the shower we needed for my wife! He even sent us information about ALS to help us with our decision. It was shipped quickly & packaged well! This company is what every company should aspire to be… ethical, trustworthy, and care about having a great product and grateful customers! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you Shower Bay & Russell!
