I ordered Shower Bay for my disabled Dad. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service that was provided. Russell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken good care of and that my Dad received what he needed. The Shower Bay arrived on the day as promised. It was very easy to assemble and my Dad is more than pleased with the product. He is unable to stand and has kidney failure, so this was a great product for my Mom to easily roll him into, get him a hot shower and then roll him out. It's easy for both of them! Before getting this product my Dad was unable to get a into his old shower as it was not accessible with his wheelchair. After working with many contractors I finally came across Shower Bay. After talking with Russell and learning more about the product I knew it would work perfect for Dad's needs. Russell was very informative of his product and provided very detailed information. He was not pushy at all. He wanted to make sure that Dad would be comfortable and well taken care of. I could really just go on and on about how my parents and I love this product and the service we received. If you or a loved one has mobility issues and you need another option of getting a shower THIS IS IT!!!!

I purchased a Shower Bay portable shower several years ago so my wife could enjoy a shower; she was disabled with COPD. The shower's convenience and ease of use made if possible for my wife to maintain a high degree of personal hygiene and associated comfort. The shower performs flawlessly and is easily deployed and maintained.

The shower was delivered in a timely manner and was very easy to put together. It is also easy to use.

I am very happy with my purchase. The unit came on time, it was well packed, and came with clear instructions in English, instructional video, specifics on ordering an optional but recommended mat. It was easy to put together and is easy to use and clean and simple to connect via quick connect. A warm shower is so comforting. Initially I did not purchase the recommended shower chair as I had a stationary one but did purchase a rolling one after a short time. It makes it much easier and safer for someone who has a bit of difficulty standing or walking. (my patient is short in height and tried holding on to the corners of the doors (instead of finished smooth top) when open which are very slightly sharp for a bare sensitive hands so the shower chair also eliminated that. I would recommend it for certain. Glad I found it!

I had to install the shower in a tight spot, away from any sinks. They patiently helped me with measurements and necessary attachments during my many phone calls, and everything worked as planned. Every OT that I’ve shown the unit to has been as excited about it as I was.

This was bought several years ago for my mother-in-law. She was getting full time care at home. Caretakers loved be able to bath her in this since home showers and bathtubs were terrible to use. When we lost part that goes on faucet they shipped us one at their own expense. Great company to deal with.
