Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

A great product!!!! It took less time to set the shower up than it did to unpack it. The packaging was stellar and arrived in two easy to handle boxes. Really, I could not believe how well all the components were packaged. Again, it took less time to set up the shower than it did to unpack it, and watching the short how to video made it even easier. I like "life hacks" not just to make things easier, but because I like quality ideas. Shower Bay is one of the best ideas I've ever come across. The unit fit perfectly into our space and the added shower control right at the bay was ideal for our needs.

My dad is 83 years old. Unable to live on his own. We moved him in with us. However, he has trouble climbing stairs. The rest room down stairs only has a sink and toilet. The one up stairs has a shower. Getting him up and down the stairs was a nightmare. We were going to have a shower added to the down stairs. But it was not cost effective. We spent months trying to find a way to bathe him. When we found this unit.It looked like it just may work. A little pricey. But well worth the money. This unit has been a god send. It is so easy to use. Russell the owner of the company called us before shipping it out. He wanted to make sure we were able to use it. It is large. But not to large. He also made sure the drain tubes were long enough. And gave me recommendations where and what size wheel chair I may need. Very, very helpful

My brother has muscular dystrophy which became debilitating. At the time, our showers were on the 2nd floor, and he was unable to use the stairs to shower or bath. Our friend researched options and found Shower Bay. We had a raffle to raise funds to purchase the shower. The shower was delivered and easy to set up. We had put it in our garage and it easily hooked up to the washer water hookup. (You can still do laundry without disconnecting the shower). This shower is absolutely life changing! Thanks a million to Russell and the entire team at Shower Bay for developing an amazing, essential product for those who are unable to utilize a standard shower/tub.

We haven’t used it yet. He has to have a custom made chair. But he’s really hoping it won’t be long ? I’ll let you know. Thanks :)

I love this company! Russell was amazing and the shower works great! We remodeled my dad’s shower to make it wheelchair accessible and needed a shower for him. We set it up in the living room and it was very easy to use and self-contained. I highly recommend the shower and the company.

I am in the research phase with looking for a shower for my Dad and had the pleasure to speak with Russell Simpkins . He has been extremely honest and helpful in regards to finding the best product for my family ,even if it means referring me to a competitor. His integrity and willingness to help was so refreshing I just wanted to spread the word about how good my experience was. Thanks again Russell !

The shower I purchased for my mother in my home has met all our needs and more. The customer service has been great. An item was malfunctioning and to my surprise it was replaced at no cost and I was very grateful for that service. I've been using the shower for over two years and it is great. Thanks. Val Rumler

As a patient on hospice, I was planning a move to my son’s house but there was one big problem - no shower on the first floor. My daughter-in-law did some research and came up with ShowerBay. The entire process was much easier than we expected. The assembly process went quickly and smoothly and I used it for the first time today. What a pleasure! I never knew this kind of product existed. I would think there would be a positive response to more marketing. I have shared the information with my hospice team. Thank you for such a great product!
