The Shower Bay website is very user friendly, and Russell is super helpful. Our shower was delivered on the day promised, and the driver was very courteous. The extra hose connections Russell sent were just what was needed for our set-up. We're still getting used to the shower and its operation but will become more comfortable with it in time.

The Shower Bay shower stall was a God-send for my mother who is only able to stand and pivot. We purchased the shower in July 2019 and have been so happy with it. It is easy to set up, use, and clean. My mother loves her showers!

When you have a 2 story house with only half bath downstairs it is difficult to keep yourself clean after a surgery. This in our heated garage works great! We do have problems with suction cups holding in the sink and had a lot of ov÷r flow of water. Also some hooks to hold up excess hoses would be great. But as far as assembly I give it a 5. And use an overall 5 too! Life saver!

After reviewing many options, our family discovered Shower Bay and we wish we would have found it sooner. The product is everything it promises to be, well made, well thought out and easy to use. That would have gained 5 stars by itself, but the truly remarkable part of our experience was the customer service: on the day I called to place the order, I initially left a message (due to east/west coast time difference). I received a call back from Russell who was calling to apologize - they wouldn't be able to honor their same-day shipping policy but he could send it the following day, because he was calling FROM THE HOSPITAL, WHERE HIS WIFE WAS IN LABOR! Of course I said it was OK. "What about my payment info?" I asked. "We can circle back with you later to get that, I just want to make sure we get the shipment on its way to you. Email me with the shipping address." They shipped it the very next day as promised, even before we paid for it. Who does that?! It arrived when promised and we love it! Overall, a great experience! I LOVE THIS Company! I love Russell. I’ve had a horrible year and have had to move twice in the last 9 months. We I first purchased the shower my landlord said I could absolutely NoT keep the shower. The company/Russell did everything they could have me keep the shower. We talked very often, GREAT customer service. In the end I was able to keep it! I’m so glad because I had no other option and this was over and beyond what I needed.
