A HAPPIER NEW YEAR. All my experiences with Showerbay from ordering, delivery, assembly and showering have been great. After months of sponge baths my husband is delighted and amazed with his Christmas gift this year.

Russell was so much help during this time and he had a lot on his plate with a new baby that was just born. I bought this for mu son who has cerebral palsy. we live in a split level home and no shower on the bottom floor which carrying a 145 pound man up and down the stairs became hard and dangerous. It would have cost even more to have them dig out concrete and install plumbing etc. All we have to is connect the water house and the pump hose and we are set. It is less hassle on me and him and we get a thorough shower and it takes much less time. I wanted to wait and review after many uses. If-you have the space to get one and you can then do it. We got the chair that cost separate too and everything works out amazingly Thank you so much for coming up with is shower bay.

Incredible customer service before and after purchase - thank you Russell. Product is amazing, easy to put together - the directions actually make sense, shower pressure is exactly the same as a regular shower. We think it's essential for recovery.

My father has ALS and recently moved in with us. He was forced to do bed baths before we found Shower Bay. Customer service was outstanding from the first point of contact. They took the time to listen to our needs and to explain the pros and cons as they applied to our situation. Shipping was fast and the shower arrived quickly. Assembly and set up were easy. After his first shower my father was so happy. I’ve never seen him smile so big. He looks forward to taking a shower and always say he feels like a new man afterwards. The water pressure was surprisingly strong. Stronger than we expected. The pump to remove the works great. Everything about the system has been well designed and built. We highly recommend this company and their product.

Living in a 2-story home with only a 1/2 bath downstairs became a problem when my husband could no longer use the stairs. We anticipated having a contractor install a shower but found that the process would be slow and very costly. In searching the internet for answers I came upon Shower Bay and spoke with Russell Simpkins. He was very helpful and straightforward - no hard sell at all! We read the reviews and decided to go ahead with the purchase. It has worked out beutifully for us. Our son was able to put the unit together in about an hour or so - the biggest job was getting the bubbble wrap off! The unit was very well padded for shipping. Our option was to put the shower in the garage which works out fine as we are in SoCal and although the weather can be pretty chilly a parabolic space heater warms the space up just fine and the hoses easily reach the bathroom sink faucet. We aren't using the ramp as my husband is able to walk in and use a shower chair. Since it's in the garage it wouldn't matter but we have observed no leakage or water on the floor. All in all we are extremely happy with the purchase, the service, and the quality of the unit. Comparing the construcion cost and inconvenience of a built-in we would definetly recommend a Shower Bay unit.

Russell was wonderful! He provided me with frank and honest information (pros and cons) on this product for ALS patients. This information helped me to make the decision to move forward with the purchase of the Shower Bay. This allowed us to stay in our home and avoid costly renovations to get a shower downstairs.
