The Shower Bay was the perfect solution to helping my father in law having a working shower. His 78 and recently diagnosed with ALS, though has been a slow-progressor. We did some mini renovations and he now has a combo bath/bedroom in what used to be a dining room, and the Shower Bay is much easier than plumbing in a shower. We use the mixing valve and hook it up to a laundry-style water box with a standpipe for the drain hose. He has used it several times already with assistance from his caretaker, and it does a great job. I attached the soap dispenser with some screws because I thought the glue and sticky foam would eventually fail. As time goes by and his condition…moves along, we will make adaptations we need to allow him to continue using it. Great product!

Great purchase experience and great product! Russell responded to my initial inquiry to determine if this was a good option for our family. He provided the information I requested and also walked me through various options and considerations. He also followed up in a timely manner when we were ready to order. The shower arrived very securely packaged and instructions for setup were very easy to follow. I was surprised by the amount of water pressure at the shower head and the overall ease of use. My father-in-law is 6'3" and there is plenty of room to shower him comfortably. If you have a loved one that has limited mobility or shower options, I highly recommend the Shower Bay shower. Our CNA stated it is easier to use than the regular walk-in showers of her other clients.

This shower is the best purchase I made to help me take care of my now 89 year old parent. I have used the shower twice a week for two and half years now. It’s easy to clean, a little vinegar and a wipe down after each shower. It has also held up to being assembled and disassembled multiple times. The walls and clamps are very sturdy. Recently I called to get another faucet attachment to be able to use a second bathroom and Russell still takes phone calls and is extremely helpful. Shipping was fast too.

I’ve been using my shower by Shower Bay for almost a year now and I still love it! This shower is one of the most amazing inventions my family and I have ever seen and it such confidence booster. It’s extremely lightweight and scary easy to put together. I never was the type of person who put too much thought in taking showers because it was something I did regularly and took for granted but now I absolutely love taking showers, thanks to Shower Bay. This is going to sound so corny but I am so grateful for the shower head that came with the shower because it has perfect water pressure. I’m a younger female who LOVES my hair and body products so having the perfect water pressure helps me rinse all the product out of my hair. Before I received my shower I was having sponge baths and I could never wash the product out of my hair very well which left my hair feeling and looking really greasy and nasty then I started having buildup on my scalp which makes me feel gross and embarrassed. An added bonus, I saved a fortune because I didn’t have to pay to install a chair lift to get upstairs nor pay for a bathroom remodel!! I recently had a hose break and I called Shower Bay and spoke with Russell, and WOW! That was some of the best customer service I had ever experienced. He was super sympathetic and apologetic and was adamant about getting to the bottom of what was going on so he could get me what I needed as soon as possible. He mailed out the replacement parts that day with absolutely no hassle and sent me step by step instructions. I received the parts two days later. Thank you Russell and thank Shower Bay team
