Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

Absolutely incredible customer service. It’s really good to find a company that has a moral compass that cares about its customers, and not just make it a sale!!

The product is excellent

Russell was always very responsive and easy to get ahold of throughout the whole purchasing process. The client who received this process now has more confidence and independence to maintain personal hygiene thanks to this new shower!

Phenomenon experience dealing with shower bay. I will truly recognize there efforts in providing support and guidance. I have my mother in law with locked straight leg and needed to be showered safely. It's an amazing product and I will highly recommend to invest in it. Very versatile and easy to assemble and disassemble.

It was a fast delivery and it was exactly what I wanted. The insulation was easy and fast. Plus my father in-law loves the convenience on being able to shower. Right in his room. Thank you so much for making a great product.

We were able to secure a used Shower Bay. My husband had not had a shower for almost a month, it was a real blessing to be able to use a shower. I'm short and the only complaint I have is in the process of putting it together by myself the single piece that rests on top and stabilizes the whole unit was VERY heavy. I have seen pictures of other models where that piece is now three pieces, that would correct the only problem I had putting it together. We have told many a person about the Shower Bay option. It is a great product.

Purchased the shower for Mom in 2021. Russell helped to make it easy to plumb the hoses directly into the waIl, so she could control everything by herself. As her illness progressed, we found the ramp and very portable shower chair an absolute Godsend. Now in our new home and my husband's recent hospitalization, Russell helped to provide the connectors for the faucet, along with easy to follow instructions. When calling with the credit card details, I learned that Russell had already mailed the equipment. Amazing product, company and Russell!
