Russell provided great customer service and was quick with any issues that came up. The shower works great.

Very professional

We’ve only used the unit a few times but it has been well worth the money for our family. The unit works very well (although we’ve had some issues with the drain hose coming loose so you do have to keep watch on that hose). Overall, it allows us easy access to a hot shower for our dad, which is absolutely priceless. Thank you, Shower Bay!

Great product likely to recommend all Seniors would love it. Assembly is easy, rest all is well. A+++++

The shower is great. Works as advertised. Gives my wife tremendous relief, and made her transition back home much easier. The company was very helpful assisting in assembly, making sure that the location worked, and in suggesting any additional items we may have needed. Top notch.

When you do not have a shower on the first floor of your home what options are there? We chose,The Shower Bay Shower. It was the answer for my 95 years young mom who wants to stay the home and as parents raised a family for 50 years. The shower is easy to install, accessable, comfortable, safe and affordable. No permits needed, no contractors, no plumbers or elecricians. Best of all she has the peace of mind and memories of her home surroundings.
