Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

Russell was prompt at providing a part I did not have and desperately needed. He “saved the day” so I could use the Shower Bay properly for my wife’s urgent needs. Great customer service!

Had shipping issues with my order, but my salesman took care of it ASAP and apologized. Was an honest mistak, likely because I placed my order late friday evening. Anyway, the shower is really good quality and works great. Very light and manageable. Worth every penny!

The product is impressive but interacting with Russell is even more so! Our situation changed during the processing of the order and he tackled changes in the shipping situation beautifully. Highly recommended!

Great service

So thrilled we found Shower Bay! When I originally inquired the company, Russell was very prompt with responding with the information needed to purchase the Shower Bay. When we had emailed a question regarding the shower head he called to explain the difference with the updated shower head and resolved it quickly and efficiently. 100% recommend this company and their product. It’s the best decision we made for my parents to be able to shower again without walking up our stairs to the main bathroom. Thanks again shower bay!

Amazing experience and product. This solved our elderly parents shower problem 100 percent. I highly recommend this product.

This shower was a total game changer for my mother in law. They have thought of everything to make it user friendly and safe. Can’t say enough how great this shower has been!

We had recently converted a downstairs room for my father and needed a a shower for my 94 year old father. We looked at having one installed and a neighbor who was helping us discovered Shower Bay for us. This has been a perfect fit for our needs. Before purchasing the unit my mom wanted to be able to talk to someone who had the unit. Russell was able to give us someone to talk to and we found that very helpful. It was great talking to them, hearing their experience with it too. After that we purchased the unit. I was able to assemble the shower very easily while watching the step by step video that was provided. I am 60 years old and was able to assemble it on my own. The pieces are well constructed but, not heavy which is great. Russell has been very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The customer service has just been fantastic. My dad is in hospice care and this was the first time they had seen this. They were impressed with it. More people need to know of this wonderful shower! Plus, it is all made in the USA!
