Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

I recently purchased Shower Bay from this fantastic company, and I couldn't be more pleased with the product and their exceptional service. As a caregiver for my elderly parent, finding a safe and accessible shower solution has been a top priority for us, and Shower Bay exceeded our expectations. The customer service experience was outstanding right from the beginning. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the selection process to ensure we got the perfect fit for our needs. They answered all my questions promptly, making the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free.

Great product. Recommend it.

Easy assembly and great for the patient.

Always very helpful

My experience with this company was top notch, I will love to recommend them.

Everything went well with the whole experience.

Russell made our shower purchase experience an excellent one. He was very responsive and patient to the many questions we had prior to placing our order, made all the shipping arrangements and provided detailed information we needed to prepare our existing connections for setup. (Fitting sizes, hose lengths, etc) He also helped us make a last minute change to our order (permanent connection). In addition, the product is elegantly designed and very functional for the needs of our elderly father. Highly recommend this product.

I have nothing but respect for the Shower Bay product and Russell Simpkins. He defines incredible service after the sale, and goes out of his way to help his customers. The Shower Bay roll-in-shower gave my adult son his dignity back, his skin is clean & healthy, and has stood up to years of use! Everyone who sees the Shower Bay in my son’s room instantly loves it because it’s customized with NFL stickers from his favorite team & the matching towels compliment it’s looks. It’s exactly what he needed, simple for aging caregivers like us to operate, and maintain.
