Thank you so much has been a pleasure doing business Great product Mom Love her Showers 🚿 Bay😊

Russell was committed to making sure we were a good candidate for the shower and that we were well versed in how it worked. He helped us greatly through a stressful time of trying to figure out a safe bathing solution for my mom.

My eperience with Shower Bay and Russell truly went above and beyond my expectations, and I am incredibly thankful for their assistance in getting our shower operational in time for my two elderly parents to move into our house. When faced with the challenge of needing a functional shower for my parents who connot climb the stairs to use our regular shower, Russell from Shower Bay stepped in to help us acquire the necessary parts promptly. Without Russell's expertise and dedication, we would have struggled to have a shower in place within the necessary timeframe to care for my elderly parents. Thanks to Russell's invaluable assistance, we have been able to care for my two elderly parents comfortably and efficiently. Their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction have made a significant impact on our lives. Thank you, Russell, for going the extra mile to ensure our family's well-being and comfort.

Exemplary service!! Wonderful product has made all the difference here. They were so helpful in helping us secure a Shower Bay. We have told so many people about this product!!When stairs and construction are issues Shower Bay is an answer!

Incredible product to allow my wife to shower inside of her bedroom because she was unable to walk. Also, exceptional customer service whom promptly answered all my concerns! Quality of life for your loves ones is priceless!

To say, Shower Bay and Russell have been a godsend is an understatement! From the moment we ordered the shower for my husband's mother, Shower Bay has been wonderful. The VP of the company called us prior to shipping to make sure there wasn't anything else we might need for the installation. Unknown to us at the time, was that his parents laundry room sink wasn't a standard size. We contacted Russell and explained the issue and Shower Bay sent us an adapter kit that converted their sink faucet to properly function with the Shower Bay system. Russell also recommended a rubber mat to protect the hardwood flooring. Once installation was complete and testing revealed an issue with the shower head, Shower Bay responded and sent us the correct unit. Thank you Shower Bay and Russell for your help and attention to detail that has allowed my mother-in-law to be able to enjoy showers again!
