Got suspended after accidentally pasting in the wrong link. The link was flagged by SURBL. I appealed my case, but remained suspended.

Goede Klantenservice. Betrouwbaar Ik ben een gratis gebruiker, ik werk niet vaak met links of bedrijven etc etc. Maar soms gewoon handig. Nu dacht ik 3 domeinen prima, vaak is het tijdelijk maak ik er 1 verwijder ik die als ik die niet nodig hebt, toen lukte het niet om weer een nieuwe aan te maken. Eerst via de chatbot... die zei dat ik wel die ene terug kreeg. Uiteindelijk kwam ik er met hem niet uit. Dus doorgezet naar een medewerker. Kreeg binnen 12 uur een reactie. Helaas blijk je dus na verwijderen van een domein NIET die credit weer terug te krijgen. Dus let daarvoor op!! Desondanks heeft de vriendelijke klantenservice medewerker mij toch 1 xtra credit gegeven om de verwijderde domein weer te compenseren. Dat noem ik nog eens service, als je zelfs service verleent aan je gratis gebruikers!

I have been using Short.io for years, first personally as a teacher and EdTech consultant, then as an IT admin for a non-profit, and now again as an EdTech professional for another non-profit. When it comes to features for the price, you just can't beat Short.io, and their product is so open to adapting to any and all of your uses, it's just such an all around powerhouse for all of the tasks I need it for. My ONE feature request would be storage of the custom QR codes it lets you create for each link. Yes, I can download them and file them away elsewhere, but it would be SO convenient to just have the QR code with my branding sitting right next to all the other settings for my short links. BUT it hasn't stopped me from using them, cause they're still the best out there!
