Short.ioReviews of short.io

My calls to company with questions before install were not answered timely and my calls after install were not answered at all. Install crew was excellent, cooperative and very tidy. Steps installed are not what was contracted and paid for. Vertical risers are white boards vice honey oak LVT. Staircase to bedroom should have been done mostly the same as the main entry way staircase. The main entry way staircase has one narrow step that was not like this before and you need to be extra cautious while walking down. Two areas should have honey oak quarter rounds vice white. Transition in one area is not what we expected. Overall, the floors look great

I initially had a serious concern after being charged US$50 when I believed I had selected the US$5/month Hobby plan. I cancelled immediately and was unable to remove my payment method through the platform, which was frustrating. However, after contacting Short.io support, they responded and handled the situation professionally. They confirmed the refund, guided me through deleting my account, and the account deletion process was straightforward and easy to complete. The initial pricing and billing experience was unclear in my case, which is why I cannot give a full five-star rating. That said, I appreciate that the support team resolved the issue and processed the refund.

Hi, we are impressed with your service, but the price is a little steep. Is their potential for negotiating it down somewhat.

Doings great 👍
