I’ve been using Short.io to manage branded links for Creator Tools Hub, and I’ve been very pleased with both the platform and the people behind it. The service gives me the control I need to manage a growing number of branded links under my own domain, while keeping everything organized in one place. I especially appreciate the API and automation options, which are becoming an important part of how we manage our directory. What has impressed me most, though, is the customer service. When I’ve needed help, I’ve been able to communicate with a real person who takes the time to understand what I’m trying to accomplish rather than simply sending a canned response. Building a new system always comes with a few bumps along the way, and good support makes a huge difference. I initially had a serious concern after being charged US$50 when I believed I had selected the US$5/month Hobby plan. I cancelled immediately and was unable to remove my payment method through the platform, which was frustrating. However, after contacting Short.io support, they responded and handled the situation professionally. They confirmed the refund, guided me through deleting my account, and the account deletion process was straightforward and easy to complete. The initial pricing and billing experience was unclear in my case, which is why I cannot give a full five-star rating. That said, I appreciate that the support team resolved the issue and processed the refund.
