Worse customer service ever I purchased some Jordans the box was demaged they were worn dirty and creased. They wouldn't even give me a discount so I repaired them myself after months of contacting corporate and all there other stores they say they will just refund me now out of nowhere and they better not be worn!!! wowwww they are crazy and rude saying that will make it' right hung up me several times don't waste your money and time you won't get what you purchase they should be a second hand store

Ordered a pair of air max - per website 24-48 hrs to process order .. it’s been 6 days - order still not processed .. “customer service” still won’t provide a timeframe as of yesterday.

I arrived at a wss location in san antonio tx on commerce 12 Mins before closing time and dude seen me as I pulled up and he locked the door. They are supposed to close at 9 pm. I had 12 mins till 9 and they had already closed and locked the door before 9pm. Very rude.

Ordered shoes and when I got them, saw they had a huge red stain. Tried to return but no call back, no communication. How do you get in contact with anyone? These people are thieves.

Shoes are just as pictured! I looked everywhere for the burgundy Reeboks and WSS had them. I am pleased with my purchase

I’ve been more than understanding with this company but they cannot seem to run a business successfully or have a customer service team that even tries. I’ve had multiple orders that were confirmed and my credit card charged for days, I even get shipping confirmation just for them to cancel the order. This has happened three times in the last month. Their customer service team is low class and simply doesn’t care at all about fixing ANY issue. Crap company that I truly hope goes out of business.
