Called to cancel a order 5 minutes after a purchase because I mistakenly chose shipping instead of in store pick up. Of course it wasn't cancelled and got shipped... in the wrong size. They don't do exchange in stores or online, they make you return the item and you need to re purchase it The enshitification of everything continues..

They cancelled part of my order because it's out of stock but the items are on the website. They sent me a return email after the other items had already been shipped out. The customer service rep told me that they can't update my order now because of this. This is important because they didn't use my first purchase only coupon code on the items that did ship out AND charged me shipping because my order was now under the free shipping amount. Shady!

Employees are not professional and unhappy working in wss on Sunset and Western location. No customer service at all. Online order description is not accurate.

Terrible experience bought a shoe online. Did a pick up realized it was the wrong one. They wouldn’t take it back called customer service for help. They were completely unhelpful and rude would not return or exchange. Will never buy again.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a pair of Adidas Campus 00s for my daughter and she was very excited to get them. They were on clearance for $70 but I didn't realize that their policy allowed clearance shoes to be sold nused and dirty and scuffed and worn. PAY ATTENTION TO THE POLICY!!! They make it seem like the shoe is brand new and on clearance but actually they are worn shoes that are clearly worn and dirty and scuffed and they sell them as acceptable. They will not return or refund used shoes that they mark as clearance or final sale. Spend the extra money at a known store and don't shop here ever!! Customer service doesn't even talk or apologize they just send the policy in a chat and don't even care that they've sold you used items and make it appear as you will be getting new shoes. DON'T BUY CLEARANCE HERE! If it seems too good to be true, I should have known, it always is :-(

Bought 2 pairs, and unfortunately the fit was different from what was advertised. Despite multiple emails and phone calls the customer service (which initially agreed for refund), declined to take it back after asking me to send them pics. The shoes were NEVER worn, with all new tags and packaging and exactly the same how they had come. Such a horrible experience dealing with them.

Terrible customer service. Received mis marked items and was refused to return or exchange. In the end I spent over 100$ and was only able to use 1 shirt:/ never ever again!!!!!

They sent me the wrong shoes and their return process is terrible. You have to send an email with photos.
