The dress is beautiful! It took a while to ship, but I was able to contact support and they let me know it was on the way. Looks just like the picture, and I love that the sleeves are a separate piece; it’s great either way!

Id: c25003966332994.1 Order #5727 - 19th January I am still awaiting a reply from my inquiry on 19th February regarding the tracking that said my Australian order was delivered - to Massachussets, USA. Please resolve this by contacting me as soon as possible or I will need to start the Paypal resolution process. UPDATE Thanks Wear Remi for getting back to me. I hope the new tracking details are correct. And I hope the order arrives soon. Than you also for the $20 credit voucher for the mistake. An extra star has been added. I will add more if garment arrives. FURTHER UPDATE: Garment arrived. Happy that it has although I thought I was paying for a silk dress but tags say 100% polyester. Not sure I'll purchase anything more from Wear Remi despite credit voucher.

Very satisfied with the quality of the Catherine Seamless Cami and the Remi Chic Bra Tank i purchased. Got size small and it fits perfectly and is the length is what I wanted (i.e. cropped but not too cropped). Comes with thick bra padding, but I prefer to take out and wear the top without it. Will definitely purchase from again in future.

My grand total was about $175... With how much that they charge for their clothing I was expecting more quality but unfortunately the clothes had loose seams and some were falsely advertised :(. I bought a corduroy jacket and it looked nice in the pictures but in real life, it was so thin like a shirt. It took a while to get here (a month or two). After waiting all that time the clothes were soo small. The sizing is weird, arms are so tight and short. Tried for a return, they make you pay for shipping, and you only get 14 days.. half of that time is cut short because it takes about a week to get their return shipping address since customer support is unfortunately slow to respond. They only refund through store credit too! Because of the short return policy, my return was denied and they still want me to pay the shipping to get my items back :(. I wasted nearly $180, please don't make the same mistake as I did. Edit: My order was placed on 11/30/2021, shipped on 12/6/2021, and partially received on 12/30/2021.. the jacket came *about* a week later. I tried filing a return request through the website a few days after receiving my final item since I did not want to pay $20 in total for two different packages. However, I received no response for a few days (close to a week) from filing a request. I emailed you guys and finally got a shipping return address on 1/10/2022. I understand if I was three days late and the refund is to be denied.. but to say I took a month to refund my items is also a false statement. How was I supposed to return anything without the shipping address? Also having to pay another $10 to get my unwearable items back is frustrating. The refund process is unfortunately disorganized. 80% of my shopping is done online and I've never had a problem refunding before now.

Hi Sherry, We are saddened to hear this review. You are making false statements stating the shipment took 1-2 months when you took a whole month to return the parcel when we require 14 days after delivery. The parcel was delivered too within the 3 week mark. We are sorry you're frustrated but you cannot return items that late. Kind Regards, WearRemi Team

I bought the “Remi movement sports tank” in a size small in color blue. This tank was so cute BUT the seams had tons of extra strings hanging from the tank. One of the seams for the underboob broke and became unraveled after wearing only 3x. The straps aren’t adjustable which sucked because I am a 32DD bust and felt like I had no support. Overall the designs of the clothes are cute but executed TERRIBLY and are cheaply made. Will not order again.

Hi Celina, We are very sorry to hear the Movement Tank did not work for you and the top came unraveling after a few wears. We see you purchased a size small we recommend getting at least a medium with a 32DD bust size. However we would love to let you return the item for a item that will make your experience much better please reach out to our email [email protected].

Took a while for my dress to get here but it’s super cute and looks just like the photos!👍🏻 It’s on the smaller side.

I ordered 2 items in October (around the 21st). Initially there were a few updates about the package, which was being transported in China, which I already saw as a red flag that this brand is not who they say they are. I decided to wait a while longer and there has not been any updates since late October. I've emailed multiple times and when that got no response I messaged on instagram, also no response. I absolutely would not order from this "brand" again. Really unfortunate that places like this exist. Save your money Edit: Company finally contacted me via email to say that they would onyl refund if I returned the items (the items that I never received) and when I pointed that out they once again stopped responding. The customer service has not been good at all. Will update if they ever respond and give me a refund for the lost package....

Hi Toolate, We are sorry to hear this review. We always update our customers on all orders. Please check your spam/junk folder if not located in your primary inbox. We can see all confirmations and emails were sent to you. This is a false statement. Also if you're referring to our distribution center that is located in China we are sorry that is considered a red flag to you however a little fun fact for you more than 97% of apparel sold in the U.S. is made overseas! This doesn't make our brand any less different than everyone else so please do not put down our brand for where our clothing is made. Kind regards, WearRemi Team

It was really pretty but too tight around the chest. Usually a medium or small but this dress runs small. Material seems good quality!
