We found Wag and Tail store on Instagram. We looked through their catalogue and decided to give a try for some of their bandanas. Charlie Plaid Cotton and Holiday Print were chosen. Managers are super patient and polite people: we were answered all of the questions, even the obvious and stupid ones. Had to wait for shipping a little bit, but it was absolutely worth it! Bandanas are made from different types of fabric, still both are very soft and comfy! We do recommend Wag and Tail store to everybody who wants to make their fluffy friends a little bit more stylish and happy!

Really nice products! At first I was worried some items that came in one size only would be too big, but some artful folding held a lot. Now I’m grateful for the larger sizes! They also hold up well for my energetic pup! Shipping takes time, so if you are looking for seasonal items, get the order in early!

I am currently giving my experience a 2 star. I ordered 3 scarfs a week ago and they still have not shipped. As someone who works for a shipping company, I would highly suggest a better shipping method. This is very very slow compared to a lot of companies we order from.

Hi Rachael, We are committed to making sure that our customers have a clean and pleasant shopping experience. We take all feedback seriously and thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Our team just double-checked the most recent update for your order, it says the package is on it's way to the USPS facility which means the order is already shipped. We would like to remind you that we have clearly stated on our checkout page that our standard shipping takes 15-16 business days (or less) from the date of the purchase.
