Eh not great
These bandanas are very cute. They are from China but “processed and fulfilled” in the US. It took a very long time to receive them but they kept pointing out to me that I surely read that during the checkout process. I’ve been assured it would only take that long “this month” and that they are moving houses, causing delays. I received multiple links from their site and from trust pilot to review the bandanas when I hadn’t even received the bandanas yet. They admitted it was a glitch and hopefully that’s been remedied because it’s not a good luck when the customer is already miffed about how long the order is taking. I also have already left a 1 star review previously (and made sure to confirm it) and currently there are no 1 star reviews so that leads me to believe they remove the one and two star reviews. They respond super quickly which can be great but they are also a bit TOO bothersome. In the future if you know a customer didn’t have the best experience then please don’t hound them for a review
