I ordered some underwear and when they arrived they were too small according to the chart. I contacted Vera and with a quick response they send me the proper size I needed. Great customer service and I appreciate that they kept me in the loop as to when my order was being processed and delivered.

Hello Vera, my 3rd undies order arrived today. * I am very happy with my orders and my washing bag. * The undies fabric is so soft, well made, comfortable and fit really well. * I no longer have to take extra undies and clothes with me when I go out just in case. My day undies have given more confidence that I will be OK and I don't have to look for the toilets in case I need one quickly. * My sleep is better and longer now as I don't have to worry about soiling the bed or not getting to the toilet fast enough. * Undies are easy to wash and dry quickly. * Love all the colours. * Customer support is great and I appreciated being kept informed about the progress of my orders. These underwear do exactly what they say. They prevent leaks, no odor, comfortable, and are just like regular underwear. No more pads, bulky disposable underwear that do not protect from smells. I feel very confident while wearing Vera's underwear. I am so glad to have discovered this site & product.
