We're so sorry for the inconvenience with your order and the shipping delay—we know how frustrating that can be. Would you be so kind as to send your order number to [email protected] or call us at (646) 368-9685 so we can resolve the situation? All of our products ship directly from the boutique to you, so our Customer Support team would love to look into what caused your order to arrive later than expected. Again, we're so sorry that your experience was less than perfect and we would love to make it right! Thank you, The Shoptiques Team

They posted a response to make it seem like they wanted to help, and repair their reputation. But once I contacted them, they continued ignoring me and they have kept my money which is over $1000. Do not trust these terrible people, shop from a reputable site.

I would not trust Shoptique I joined as a Boutique after a very rigorous marketing campaign from them. They spoke about launches and advertising, I paid up front for their service. They delivered few sales and there was no marketing around the launch that I could see. I would definitely not sign up to them again

The worst online experience ever. I was thrilled to find my item online. It arrived packaged triple time with apology printed by USPS for damage. The item was literally wrapped in a single layer of tissues and put in a plastic grocery-style bag and put in the mail. The packaging and my apparel were completely mangled and stained. When reported via phone, the rep said to send pics and they would issue a refund. She also said that this is the standard packaging for Shoptique and they have "work to do." I am not exaggerating to say that you would probably not walk out of a store with flimsier bag packaging. Now they want ME to package the ruined item properly and return it. What a waste of time and money on everyone's account. I will NEVER shop with them again.

TERRIBLE company. They lied to get me to sign up by telling me certain stores were selling on their site (which was not true). Their product is terrible and their mission that they support small businesses is a total scam. Do not sign up with this company.

Anna, thank you very much for your feedback, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to write about your experience. Our mission here at Shoptiques is to help small, local boutiques reach a global audience, and our Boutique Curation team interviews every store to ensure that each boutique is the right fit to be successful on Shoptiques. Your boutique offers maternity clothing, which is a fast-growing category for us, and we would love to help you be successful within our marketplace! Typically we recommend that new boutiques upload a certain number of products to really start seeing growth and sales on Shoptiques, and our team would love to help you with merchandising so more of your products could be available to the shoppers. I am sorry that you felt that you were told that certain stores were selling on Shoptiques, and we would love to address your concerns and review whether boutiques mentioned were indeed signed up. Would you be so kind as to email us [email protected] or call us (646) 368-9685 at your convenience. Our team will also reach out to you as well. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we look forward to helping you be successful on Shoptiques and grow your business both in-store and online. I entered partnership with Shoptiques in January of 2017 and within just four short months I terminated my contract with them (which was a feat in and of itself considering they refused two out of three of the certified letters I sent them and finally had to send my contract termination in a shoptiques bag requesting a signature confirmation of receipt.) Problems arose shortly after signing. Minor issues they were quick to respond but major issues took days if any response. The only way to contact shoptiques is email, absolutely no working phone number is provided for partners, which is ludicrous for such a "large" "reputable" company to not have another mode of conversation for "partners". By far their biggest issue is their communication. I sent my items to Shoptiques for a photoshoot. That day of scheduled photoshoot I received a missed call with no voicemail. I contacted Joyce asking who called and what it was in regards to, she informed me she would have to check. I proceeded to follow up this email with an email letting her know that perhaps it was the photoshoot department since I had a photoshoot for that day, I then let her know I set up a pick up for my clothing for the following day. She then let me know she would pass the message along to the photoshoot department. Fast forward roughly two weeks when I inquired the whereabouts of my clothing Joyce informed me my clothing “arrived late” and was being held and I could expect the clothing photographs to appear on my page in 1-3 days (completely ignoring the question as to when my clothing would ship and subsequent questions regarding the status of my clothing). Between my interactions with Joyce and subsequent correspondences not once was I ever told the photoshoot on the original scheduled date never happened. My photoshoot was scheduled for a certain date and when it didn't happen I was never informed, despite my communications to Shoptiques. In addition I had continuous back and forth with Joyce because of a return, which was worn (wrinkled tag, original tag not on the item, and a stench on the clothing). In which I was told to dry clean the item. In good conscience I cannot do such. I cannot sell an item which I know has been worn to my customer. I am sure they would not like one of Shoptiques customers receiving said item in a later order and tarnishing both the reputation of my boutique and Shoptiques. An issue which could have simply been resolved had been dragged out for days. Then two months after termination of my contract Shoptiques reached out to me offering to pay to ship my clothing back to them. Total slap in the face. Please if you're considering signing a contract with shoptiques, RUN. It's not worth the stress for maybe a handful of sales in a six month time frame.
