I have not received my items yet but I’m very excited to see them. When I placed my order I forgot to add my welcome discount! Gellyn was so helpful and immediately changed my total using the discount. Great customer service 🥰

I ordered two dresses and a belt.One dress did not fit. Both were not great quality. I tried to return within 14 days and it seems my only option is a credit or exchange. I don't want a credit. I've reached out... waiting to hear back. Well then... very little is available for full refund. Much of your site is on sale. What if I am not happy with the quality? I should continue to invest, not $20, not $40 but $160? Seems egregious.

Placed an order. Sizing completely off and inconsistent with other items. I ordered 4 piece. Tried reaching “someone” today about issues and return. Seems they can take your money but leave you hanging on customer service and returns. Their email said they’ll walk you thru the “easy” return process but neglected to a name or number, oh and it’s not easy! Buyer beware. This why Amazon is winning.

I had forgotten to put the apartment number in the shipping address. I sent an email with the addition to the address and they were able to fix it right away before it went out.
