Your website is misleading about refund policy. It says that “sale” items can only receive credit not refund within 30 days but literally 90% of your merchandise is “on sale”. So this is deceitful in my opinion. You should just state that you have a NO REFUND policy. I will not purchase anything from you again and I will warn others not to as well.

Hi Karen Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the biggest sales of the year That is the reason most of the products are on sale :) Our returns and refund policy is clearly stated for any customer to read and understand prior to ordering through all of the customer's journey

The item was too small for me and I wanted to exchange it, but was going to get charged more money for the next size up which I think is ridiculous so I didn’t exchange it and have a dress I can’t wear.
