The dress is beautiful and comfortable. However, make sure to read the care instructions before you wash it. It shrunk and is now too smal. Breaks my heart.

I do not agree with your return policies. They are not customer friendly. Too difficult! Almost impossible! I don’t always want a store credit. It’s difficult to find merchandise that I want to buy. Very limited to a few signature items that is shown over and over. Once I use my current store credit I will no longer be a customer. Sorry

The sizes are hit or miss, fabric quality is low and the colors are faded not like the photos—hence the odd return policy. Ordered two one size fits all dresses one fit the other was for a toddler. Sizing is off. Only for stick figures Return process was lengthy.

I’m not a fan of the return policy. Couldn’t get a refund for a dress that doesn’t fit - only a credit. Won’t buy from them again when there are so many other online retailers with flexible return policies.
