My daughter has been searching for a particular gown that seemed to be sold out everywhere. She located it online at Ruby's. Shopping online can be very impersonal. But when we called to verify that gown was indeed available, we received very personalized attention. And follow-up when CC card company delayed the payment (to wait for verification) we got the same personalized and patient professionalism.

I ordered a Cinderella Divine prom dress from Rubys about a month before my prom (parents procrastinate), and it came a few weeks before in great condition! When the dress color I ordered was out of stock, they personally called me and let me know the other colors available. I really liked how they don't upcharge their prices as much as other prom dress sites and they include the order invoice from the dress manufacturer so you know that it is legit. The only downside is that I wish they were a bit more informative about shipping and delivery (I only got 2 emails, one order confirmation and one order processed) so I wouldn't have to rely on a "the dress will come when it comes, before your prom date" system. Regardless, the dress still came in a timely fashion. Thank you Rubys for making my prom amazing!
