If I could I wouldn't give a star at…
If I could I wouldn't give a star at all. Ordered a knit outfit and recied an earring. Now they are telling me all sales are final and nothing can be done.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Within seconds of placing the order, I emailed them. The order hasn’t shipped yet but they claim they can’t do anything to help me.

This company Ruby hana stole are thieves
This company Ruby hana stole my money I placed an order last year only part of the items arrived. They were disgusting quality I threw them away. Ever since I have been trying to recoup my money no joy. I keep receiving emails telling me Oh your refund is on the way still no refund.. DO NOT BUY ftom this FAKE rubbish thieving people. I will be taking legal action against then and keep runbishing them. How can they get away with upsetting so many people? Do NOT buy anything from CHINA.

Misrepresented
Good price on website. Ordered. After purchase told item out of stock. Guess price was too good to be true.

So disappointed!!!
Spoke to rep before placing order and was assured that we could make any alterations on dress. Nonetheless, ordered correct size of 00 and dress received was made for a 7ft person not average person. So I took to seamstress for alterations she said it was not possible without ruining dress. I sent message to store customer service and was told nothing they could do and no refunds. I'm struck with almost $400 dress still in bag with tags and my daughter cannot wear! I tried customer service several times and was ignored. So sad for my daughter her senior year and can't wear her dress.

FRAUD! You advertised a dress that you didn’t…
You advertised a dress that you didn’t have, but you let my credit card be charged for it anyways. You also charged me for a necklace that was supposed to be free. You kept a hold on my credit card for 10 days! When I called you, I couldn’t understand you, yet you told ME to speak English because I was upset that you had my credit card locked up for TEN days. I’ll be calling he better business buereau this week because you smell of FRAUD! Do YOU understand English.

Purchased a prom dress
Purchased a prom dress. No indication it was out of stock online. Days later after taking the money from my account, I’m notified by email that the dress is unavailable. Money to be refunded days later. When there’s a time- sensitive purchase, this scenario is unacceptable.
