ShopRiteReviews of shoprite.com

Very impressed with the customer service at Shoprite, Vernon, CT. Debbie and Amillion from the floral department are the BEST!! Will, at the produce department is super nice and helpful, always : ) Each of them goes out of their way to take care of their customers.

Today, July 15th, the cashier, Henry, went out of his way to make check-out easier. My husband and I are seniors and some things are hard. He didn't rush my husband when trying to pay. He even took the time to show him where the card button was. Henry was so polite and smiled and wished us a good day. Thank you, Henry!

I had such a nice experience at the Mullica Hill Shoprite with Lena that I want to give that feedback. I was having trouble at the checkout and she was just lovely. Please tell her how much I appreciated it.

I love your new Bowl and Basket wavy potato chips in the Baby Back Ribs flavor., Gluten Free My family likes your Gluten Free products, especially the Tinkeyada white rice pasta, pene pasta, meatballs and Frescheta pizza. It is the Best!!!

On a day after work I went food shopping and placed my lunchmeat order at kiosk as I walked in the door. Computer said it would be ready 30 minutes later. I did my shopping and went to lunch counter on way to register (about 45 minuted later). Unfortunately my order was not ready as promised. Quamel asked me if I found my order. I said no. He immediately said he would look into it. He found my order was not prepared yet. He said he would take care of it if I didn't mind waiting a little longer. He got my order together and I was on my way. (The lunch counter was crowded - it was a busy day there) I just want to commend Quamel for his friendly attitude, great demeanor and superior customer service. Thank you Quamel!

I went to the Shoprite in Brick and had a complex story where I wanted to return fresh flowers that had been purchased an hour earlier. The Store manager Margaret and the florist Jane Nordquist were there for me every step of the way to ensure that I was able to get back my complete refund and then purchase the flowers I wanted for my holiday. It took them time as I didn't have the receipt, but they were patient and kind and made it happen. I was so impressed by the customer service. Their kindness really warmed my heart and made me feel like I want to shop there again! Thank you Margaret and Jane! ShopRite is fortunate to have such good employees! Sorry it took so long for me to get this review in!

Love our local shop rite. Always clean and always the best selection of fruits.

It's such a great experience
